Anne O’Grady
Anne O’Grady is an entertainment marketing executive who has spent over 3 decades launching and promoting some of the world’s best know television programs. Anne was instrumental in the strategy to launch shows such as SURVIVOR, THE AMAZING RACE, THE BIG BANG THEORY, CSI:, EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND, THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT, STAR TREK:DISCOVERY, THE TWILIGHT ZONE and dozens more.
Anne’s areas of expertise include experiential marketing, brand strategy, consumer products, special events, multi-platform marketing and creative design.
Throughout her career Anne has been a champion of new concepts and techniques in marketing including many innovative, award-winning promotions. Most notably she was a key member of the team that launched cbs.com in early 1995.
Anne’s career has afforded her the opportunity work in many countries around the world. In fact, the only continent she hasn’t worked on is Antarctica…bucket list for sure!

Scot has been working with Mark Burnett, Chairman of MGM, for more than 20 years and is well versed in all aspects of worldwide television production, distribution and financing. He has distributed more than 20,000 hours of international programming and produced more than 5,000 hours of TV.
Ron Wechsler
An innovative film, television and digital senior level executive, Wechsler has specialized in content development, production and programming with a demonstrated history of building successful revenue generating networks, platforms, and brands via impactful, resonant storytelling. At Endeavor, he served as Senior Vice President, Programming and Content Strategy responsible for growing the owned and operated networks of Endeavor Streaming. Prior to Endeavor, Wechsler served as Senior Vice President, Original Programming & Production for NBC Sports. At ESPN, Wechsler held the position of Vice President, Series Development & Production and was the primary on-set production executive for ESPN Original Entertainment’s films. Wechsler also proposed and launched the first Original Content network for ESPN’s Digital division, their first Branded Content project, and was on the team that developed the signature 30 for 30 series. Wechsler has won AFI, Webby, Cable Fax, Cynopsis, ACE, Telly and GLAAD awards, with projects nominated for multiple Emmy, SAG, PGA and DGA awards.
Tom Quimby
Tom Quimby is a Founding and Managing Partner at Tree Line Capital Partners. Tree Line is private credit firm that manages $1.7 billion in assets across seven direct lending funds. Tom is responsible for leading the day to day strategy of the firm and allocates his time across deal sourcing, underwriting, asset management and investor relations.
Tom has been focused on direct lending strategies since 2002 having invested several billion across first lien, second lien, mezzanine and equity products. He credits GE Capital for giving him a solid foundation in credit and finance having completed GE’s Financial Management Program. Tom has combined his credit experience with entrepreneurship having worked at three direct lending start-ups following GE. He co-founded Tree Line to deliver investors access to a network of lower middle-market relationships that he and his partners have cultivated over 20 years. Tree Line is a member of 1% for the Planet donating one percent of its revenue to environmentally focused non-profits and works directly with Upward Bound, a program focused on high school students who are first generation in their family on track to attend college.
Tyler Barth
Tyler Barth is a Los Angeles native, entertainment industry veteran, deal maker, community builder and a big believer in investing for a better world. His career in entertainment began at Creative Artists Agency which inspired him to build an artist and brand management firm located in Copenhagen and Beverly Hills. After many years of building his own business, Tyler took on the opportunity to lead marketing and artist relations for Blue Microphones, Co-created and produced the recording studios at Esquire House and was a co-founder of The House of Rock, while also licensing over 500 songs for film and television. Over the past decade Barth has continued his entrepreneurial spirit, founding his own record label and investing in a number of music tech venture funds, while advising companies like Guggenheim Partners and Credit Suisse’s Young Investors Organization. He most recently co-founded Legacy House, a firm focused on investing in early stage impact focused businesses. Philanthropically, he sits on the Ubuntu Council for Charlize Theron’s African Outreach Project (CTAOP) and is Co-president and Co-founder of Future Hope for City of Hope’s Music Film and Entertainment Industry. Barth’s a founding member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leader’s Circle and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
