Starting as an assistant in 2011, I embarked on the path to becoming a dental hygienist in 2021. CCD was an easy choice as it has the state’s most reputable dental hygiene program. One aspect I genuinely appreciate about CCD is its inclusivity and diversity which allows non-traditional students like me to find their place here. The Community College of Denver goes above and beyond to nurture student growth through a wide range of resources for success. Personally, I’ve benefited from various scholarships both general and specific to my program. Notably, the Delta Dental Foundation Scholarship is playing a vital role in promoting diversity within the dental field. What sets CCDs Dental Hygiene Program apart is the exceptional faculty.
